[Board] March meeting

The only pressing issue is the Audit Exemption.  I have emailed the State Auditor’s office and asked if extensions will be allowed on the exemption due to the Covid-19 suggestions for social distancing, etc.  I will let you know when I hear back from them.  I believe the best date for everyone as of the last email was 3/26.

Have we picked a day? Or if there's nothing that mandates a meeting this month, perhaps we should punt in keeping with the various edicts (ever evolving) regarding Covid-19?

I just realized the board is scheduled to meet on Thursday, March 9th.  I have been so involved in a big project I overlooked this.  I am hoping the board can meet on March 19th or 26th instead of the 12th.  If the 12th is the only date that works, I can have everything prepared for the meeting but if a different date works please let me know.  The board needs to meet in March to accept the 2019 Audit Exemption.  I apologize for this oversight on my part.
