[Board] March meeting

[Keith Bierman]

Is there any provision for us doing the meeting online? Or lacking that,
can we just vote electronically for the exemption? For transparency
purposes I'd think we'd want to put the proposed text online, announce our
intention, give at least 72 hours (perhaps a week) for public comment ...
but I'm by now means expert on the relevant statues.
