I have attached the board packet for the meeting scheduled for August 8,
2019 at 7 am.  Please note the inclusion of memo (pages 4-7) from Colin
Mielke regarding sump pump inspections.  This memo is attorney client
privilege correspondence and should not be posted on the website.  

 

Geoff - the cash disbursements total $63,215.22.  This puts the FirstBank
checking at a negative balance (-$51,981.26).  Colotrust has a balance of
$380,280.98.  Please transfer funds to cover the cash disbursements.  I will
hold all checks until I have confirmation of the transfer.
