All:

See the message below from Tom Wolf. This is in reference to the sump pump
inspections.

Do any of you want to attend a meeting with him.

Darcy, how many Board members can meet before it is considered an official
meeting? I believe it is no more than 2.

Subject: sewer board

Harold,

Years ago, you and I served together on the Outfall Committee that was
disbanded a few years ago. As I am certain you are aware, our collective
system experienced significant flooding in the spring of 2015. I am writing
in hopes of arranging to again meet with you to follow up on that
unfortunate event and to discuss a couple of related topics. My thought is
that it might be best to have an informal one-to-one visit, but if you were
to desire to include any others of your colleagues on the Cherry Hills North
Metropolitan District Board, that would certainly be ok with me.

Consistent with my informal thought, I am proposing a beverage later one
afternoon or evening somewhere close to our communities, although depending
on when you start your day, breakfast or coffee at a place like Duffey's
could certainly work as an alternative.

I have tried to contact you at the phone number that Hillcrest's managers
had on file, but apparently that number has been disconnected, so I very
much look forward to your response either by email or at one of the below
phone numbers. I look forward to visiting again.

Thanks, tom wolf
