Marcus: At our meeting this morning Keith said that the new sign at Holly
entrance is not lighted. HOA should not pay until lighting is functional
would be my thought.  What do you think? Thanks. Dan.

All: I have an 8:00 meeting that has been scheduled for tomorrow and will be
unable to attend the budget hearing tomorrow morning. Sounds like we have a
quorum, right?
