Hi Marcus,

I (or Jessica) can schedule you for Council Chambers or the Round Room. Sarah in the Police Department can schedule you for the Community Room in the new building. You can contact her at shenderson at cherryhillsvillage.com<mailto:shenderson at cherryhillsvillage.com> or 303-761-8711.

Council Chambers is booked Wed March 5th in the morning for Court and from 6-8:30pm by the Cherrymoor HOA. It is available from 1pm to 6pm that day. The Round Room is available after 10am (I'm not sure how much space you need).

There is a meeting room policy for the Council Chambers/Round Room and a usage agreement for the Community Room. No deposit is required for the Council Chambers/Round Room. There is a deposit for the Community Room and you would discuss that with the PD.

Let me know if you have any other questions or want to book a room.

Thanks,

Laura Smith

Laura:

There's a chance that our neighborhood (Cherry Hills North) will want to have a community meeting on Wed, March 5th.

This is not yet confirmed, but who at the City would I contact to figure out if the Village Center can be reserved for that evening (and what form/deposit/etc needs to be provided).

Thanks!
