I have attached a map of the district and a list of the meters Xcel is currently billing. Can one of you review the map and note the meter locations. I think I understand the locations of the meters 1,2,3,6,7,8 and 9 but am not sure of the location of meters 4 and 5 highlighted on the list. Once I have a better understanding of where the current meters are located and exactly where the problem meters (or missing meters) are located, I am going to try to get an Xcel rep to meet me onsite to hopefully get the lighting issues resolved. I also would like to set up a board meeting in August.
