<p class="MsoNormal">Marcus: The meter was inactive for over a year according to Xcel. Apparently there are repairs that need to be made to either the meter or the electrical service to the meter that are necessary and Xcel did not have contact information
to inform the District of the situation (although they know where to send the bills) so they removed the meter. The customer service rep is contacting the Xcel meter shop to find out what repairs need to be made and she said she will call me when she has
the information. I gave her my cellphone number. I will make a note to call again in a week if I have not heard back from her.
