<p>Per the original notice of the CSD Pool’s 33rd Annual Membership Meeting, we have an amendment to the IGA.</p>

<p>The written notice of the annual Pool Membership meeting was sent to you on July 31, 2020, in which the Pool included notice that the meeting would include a vote on amendments to the Pool IGA. Please

<p>A final version will be mailed out to everyone that has signed up for the meeting on the morning of, and Dianne Criswell, General Counsel to the CSD Pool, will outline the changes during the meeting and take questions.</p>
