<p>A strong cold front is forecast to move over northeast Colorado this evening which will bring very strong north to northeast winds across the plains. The strong winds are expected to move from the northern Colorado border around 6 PM to the Palmer Divide

 by 8 PM. The strong winds might also produce areas of blowing dust which could restrict visibilities to less than a mile at times.</p>
