I have been so involved in a big project I overlooked this. I am hoping the board can meet on March 19<sup>th</sup> or 26<sup>th</sup> instead of the 12<sup>th</sup>. If the 12<sup>th</sup> is the only date that works, I can have everything prepared for the meeting but if a different date works please let me know. The board needs to meet in March to accept the 2019 Audit Exemption.
