<div><font size="2">To update you on the CIPP project, Insituform has completed the cleaning and root cutting of the ten (10) segments to be lined. They are scheduled to mobilize on Monday (11/13) and are expected to complete the work by Friday (11/17). They
are planning to line the segment in the easement on Tuesday (11/14) and we will be on-site during that work.</font></div>
