<div>Insituform has provided us with a signed contracts and executed performance bond for the 2017 CIPP Project. The total contract amount is $61,876.00 and includes the line in the easement between S. Holly Street and Nassau Circle East. We now need signatures
from two (2) of the Board members to finalize the contract. Since I do not believe we are meeting next week, I will need to make arrangements with two of you for signatures. I am flexible with the date and time but thinking Wednesday or Thursday morning
(say 7:30 am) and can meet at Duffy's. </div>
