[Board] Cherry Hills North Proposed Agenda May 19, 2022 and Draft Minutes Nov 11, 2021

I have attached the draft minutes for the November 11, 2021, meeting and the proposed agenda for the May 19, 2022 meeting.

Please let me know if you will attend the meeting scheduled for tomorrow, May 19, 2022, at 7:30 am.  I believe Harold, Keith and Geoff all responded that May 19th works.  Since Dan is unable to attend the meeting, if one of you cannot attend the board would not have a quorum.  Please confirm your plan to attend.  I will send the board packet out this afternoon.
