[Board] Meter removal at entryway monument S. Holly & Happy Canyon

I called Xcel regarding the removal of the meter at S. Holly & Happy Canyon.
The meter was removed because there was no usage for over one year.  The
District can apply to have the meter re-installed.  I have the form but
before submitting the form for meter replacement, maybe the district should
have an electrician determine why there was not usage.  I wonder if a the
fixture is not working,  line is cut to the light or some other problem
exists.  In addition, there are questions on the application that I do not
know how to properly answer.  I  have attached the form.  If any of you can
complete the form and forward it to me, I can submit it to Xcel.  

 

Will September 2nd work to meet?  Please advise.
