[Board] Cherry Hills North Xcel Meters

Thanks Darcy.  The missing meter/light out is on the sign located on the
north side of the entrance to Holly at Happy Canyon (#2 on the diagram).
Assuming those numbers match the addresses on the diagram.

Also, the diagram and addresses are not entirely accurate so not sure if
the meters are tied to multiple signs at some locations but there are a
total of 12 active monument signs- 10 are double signs (two lights) and 2
are single sign monuments (one light only).  Here is a summary of the
active signs (the original signs at 5310 Sanford Circle East and 3951 South
Hudson Way have been removed/decommissioned and should not have meters):

1. - #1 on the diagram/address sheet.  Two Panel Sign/monument on the
Southeast side of the Holly Way and Happy Canyon intersection (lot address
3990 South Holly Way)

2. -#2 on the diagram/address sheet.  Two Panel Sign/monument on the
Northeast side of the S. Holly Way and Happy Canyon intersection (lot
address 3991 South Holly Way). This is the monument that has the missing
meter and light not working.

3 -#3 on the diagram/address sheet. Two panel Sign/monument on the
Northeast side of the intersection of South Hudson Way and Nassau Circle
West (lot address 3990 South Hudson Way- not 4000 south hudson way)

4. -#4 on the address list sheet (not on diagram).  Two panel Sign/monument
on the Northeast side of the intersection of Sanford Circle West and Nassau
Circle West (lot address 4000 Nassau Circle West)

5. - (Not on diagram or address list) One panel sign/monument on the west
side of the North entrance to the neighborhood at South Hudson Way (lot
address 5191 Nassau Circle West)

6. -#5 on the diagram/address list sheet (address appears to be incorrect
has 4040) Two panel Sign/monument on the Northeast side of the intersection
of South Hudson Way and Nassau Circle West (lot address 4041 South Hudson
Way)

7. - (Not on diagram or address list) Two Panel Sign/monument on the
Southwest side of the South Hudson Way and Nassau Circle West intersection
(lot address 3921 South Hudson Way)

8. -#6 on the diagram/address list sheet.  Two panel Sign/monument on the
Northwest side of the intersection of South Hudson Way and South Dahlia
street (lot address 4040 South Dahlia Street)

9. -(Not on diagram or address list) Two panel Sign/monument on the
Northeast side of the intersection of Sanford Circle East and Nassau Circle
East (lot address 5295 Nassau Circle East)

10. #7 on the diagram.  Two panel Sign/monument on the Northeast side of
the intersection of Nassau Circle East and S. Holly Way (lot address 5440
Nassau Circle East)

11. #8 on the diagram.  One panel Sign/monument on the east side of the
intersection of Nassau Circle East and S. Holly Way (lot address 5451
Nassau Circle East)

12. #9 on the diagram (9 on the address list does not match this address).
Two panel Sign/monument on the southwest side of the intersection of South
Hudson Way and South Dahlia street (lot address 4070 South Hudson Way)
