Hi Caleb,

I have attached a No-Know-Losses letter signed by the board chair and dated
March 18th, 2021.  The wire transfer for the premium and re-instatement fee
in the amount of $1,998 has been initiated from ColoTrust and should be
received by the Colorado Special District Property and Liability ,
Disbursement Account tomorrow.  Please let me know if you do not receive the
wire transfer and if anything else is required to re-instate the insurance.
I apologize for this late payment.  It is truly my fault.  The last twelve
months have been trying and difficult for everyone and has made board
business for small districts a little more difficult to accomplish.  Thanks
for your help on this.
