Hi Darcy,

 

Attached is a draft letter for yours and the Board’s review.  I included the concerns highlighted by Keith, as well as information from documents that Harold provided to me last year.  There are a couple items highlighted in the letter for which I’m hoping you can provide some additional information.  

 

Please let me know of any changes, as well as additional information that would be appropriate to include in the letter.  Feel free to give me a call too, if you’d like to talk about the letter (720-933-7899).

Thank you. I still think our next best step is to have Colin draft a letter to Sue Blair, et al. hitting the points Harold has raised (multiple times), we have taken what we believe are better "appropriate actions", we lack authority to take the requested action and respectfully suggest if they want mandatory inspections, they work with the Village to make that part of building inspection (which would be triggered by renovations, just as they enforce fire alarms, etc.)
