I have attached the draft minutes for the January 9, 2020 meeting and a proposed agenda for the meeting scheduled for September 10, 2020.  In addition, I have set up the virtual meeting via Webex and you should have received an email detailing the information necessary to join the meeting.  If you have changes to the agenda, please send to me.  I will be getting a board packet out either Friday or Tuesday.
