[Board] Action Required: 2020 Annual Meeting Proxy Reminder

You are receiving this reminder because we have not yet received your proxy designation form for this year's annual CSD Pool membership conference. The purpose of this form is to allow district representatives to designate someone else to vote on behalf of their districts if the representatives are unable to attend the conference themselves. Most representatives who cannot attend simply designate Board President Larry Moore as their proxy by leaving the second question blank on the form.

As you know, if a quorum is not present, members in attendance cannot take any action. Therefore, it is essential that you submit a proxy designation form if you are unable to attend. You can find the official proxy designation form here<http://surveymonkey.com/r/csdproxy>.
