Hello to all of you,

I hope this email finds all of you healthy.  It  has been a wild few months!
My file of invoices for Cherry Hills North is overflowing with Xcel
statements, Hillcrest invoices and a few other invoices.  I don't know if
the board would like to plan a virtual meeting via Webex or have an in
person meeting to approve the payables or alternatively, I can prepare the
checks, scan the invoices for the board to review and mail the checks to one
of you for signature.  The board will need to meet in August or September to
review the proposed 2021 budget.  

 

In addition, FirstBank is no longer sending me statements via snail mail.
It would be great if I could have online, read only access to the FirstBank
accounts.  I have not received a bank statement since year end 2019 and I
would like to reconcile the checking account.

 

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
