We are looking out for you! The Board of Directors of the Colorado Special Districts Property and Liability Pool (CSD Pool) is pleased to deliver the informative 2019 Annual Report<https://indd.adobe.com/view/f5c181b1-35f6-4fab-bdaf-ee68e335ed36> to each of its current members.
The past years have brought significant enhancements to your Pool's coverage at no additional cost to the members. This is possible because of the CSD Pool's sound financial footing and dedication to lowering costs where 70% of our cost is claims payments. While we have not yet reached the surplus goal set by the Pool Board, the Board felt this was an opportunity to give back to members with expanded programs to more effectively manage risk. This is clear from the many increased coverages and services, most of which are available at a subsidized rate or for no additional cost to members.

To educate yourself on these risk management and loss prevention programs and enhancements, please take some time to look through the enclosed CSD Pool Overview<https://csdpool.org/wp-content/uploads/Overview-1.pdf>, which provides a detailed summary of your Pool. Please feel free to distribute this throughout your organization and to your Board of Directors.

With years of continued strength behind us, the 2019 Annual Report<https://indd.adobe.com/view/f5c181b1-35f6-4fab-bdaf-ee68e335ed36> and CSD Pool Overview<https://csdpool.org/wp-content/uploads/Overview-1.pdf> are proof of your own Pool Board's commitment to partnering with you to better manage risk and ensuring that your critical safety and loss prevention infrastructure remains intact beyond the future. The CSD Pool Board of Directors also hopes to see you, and possibly discuss this further, at the Annual Membership Meeting, which will take place online this year. More details on this will follow.
