[Board] CHNMD 2020 Maintenance Review

We received the video and jet cleaning inspection reports from DES last week.  Attached is our Summary of the 2020 Maintenance Program.  As expected, there are no pipe defects that warrant repair this year.  Additionally, the existing defects previously identified have not worsened since the last video inspection.
