Hi all,

I hope everyone is well.  Cherry Hills North has some bills to pay and Oaths
of Office need to be taken by Dan and Harold. 

 

The Department of Local Affairs is accepting electronic signatures on
election documents due to COVID-19.  I can send the Oaths to the Oath taker
first and then have the Oath forwarded to another board member for the
witness signature and then back to me or the Oath can be taken in front of a
notary and mailed to me for filing with the Department of Local Affairs.  

 

I can prepare checks for payment and mail a packet to one of you for
signature on the checks.  The checks can be mailed back to me for mailing.

 

Would the board like me to schedule a virtual meeting via Cisco Webex or
Zoom to administer the Oaths, pay the outstanding invoices and perhaps get
an update on the video/jet cleaning program from Purrington Civil?
