[Board] Audit Exemption

I'd defer to Marcus or any other lawyer ;> But I *think* they should be OK
with each of us signing separate copies of the same document. If anyone
thinks the OSA would prefer that as a single PDF, I can certainly combine
them (my fear would be that they could view that as tampering, rather than
helpful).
