[Board] Audit Exemption

I believe all signatures on one document along with the history and IP address of each signer is required for electronic delivery to the State.

Do we have a need for one document with all signatures, or would N copies of the document with one signature each suffice? If the latter, we would free up the ordering constraint :> I don't know what the State's requirement(s) are. in corporate environments we usually try to remove sequential bottlenecks where we can ;>

Hi all – I have sent the audit exemption via Adobe ESign.  Keith has signed and the form should  have forwarded to Harold for signature.  I have not received notification that Harold has signed.  Have you received the email requesting your signature, Harold?  The signature order I set up is Keith, Harold, Dan, Geoff and Marcus.
