[Board] Audit Exemption

Hi all - I have sent the audit exemption via Adobe ESign.  Keith has signed
and the form should  have forwarded to Harold for signature.  I have not
received notification that Harold has signed.  Have you received the email
requesting your signature, Harold?  The signature order I set up is Keith,
Harold, Dan, Geoff and Marcus.  If I do not hear from Harold today, I will
re-send in a different order.  Hopefully it can be completed so I can
forward to the State Auditor's office to meet the due date of March 31st.
