We’ve been using zoom with some degree of success.  Recommend we look at virtual meeting option. The meeting notices must contain the call-in number/weblink so that members of the public may attend the public meeting.

I have one District conducting a meeting via WebX this week.  Attorneys seem to have differing opinions on this but the SDA sent an email that indicates they believe it is legal.
I will forward the email.  Let me know if this is something you would like to do.
