[Board] Cherry Hills North Meeting & Audit Exemption

Hi all,

I have heard from the Office of the State Auditor regarding late filing of
the 2019 Audit Exemption.  They will accept late submissions but recommend
obtaining e-signatures through either Docusign or Echosign.  I have
electronic signature capability through Adobe which I think is Echosign.
So, I recommend cancellation of the meeting scheduled for next week and
instead I will send the 2019 Audit Exemption for board review and signature.
Please advise if this is agreeable.
