[Board] March meeting

I just realized the board is scheduled to meet on Thursday, March 9th.  I
have been so involved in a big project I overlooked this.  I am hoping the
board can meet on March 19th or 26th instead of the 12th.  If the 12th is
the only date that works, I can have everything prepared for the meeting but
if a different date works please let me know.  The board needs to meet in
March to accept the 2019 Audit Exemption.  I apologize for this oversight on
my part.
