I normally get a phone call regarding the final status of an account but the title company must have found the website.  I respond all sewer charges are paid from property taxes since no fees are charged.  It is probably a good idea to explain the structure on the website.

Since we don't charge fees, I assume the answer is none; contact Arapahoe County Tax authorities about tax status.

 

If I don't hear otherwise, I'll send that information to them. I don't recall seeing a request like this before, should it also be reflected on the website?
