[Board] sigs for the already approved work ... was FW: Cherry Hills North Metropolitan District 2019 SS Improvements

I know Marcus and Harold are out of town ... if Bob and/or Geoff are 
around ... Adam is going to be in 'hood tomorrow AM .. we need two 
signatures to get things moving. I *assume* no one has any objection ... 
but if someone does, please DO speak up.
