[Board] FW: Cherry Hills North Metropolitan District 2019 SS Improvements

Good Morning,

I was contacted yesterday about our 2019 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project.  Granite Inliner has an opening to get our project done ahead of schedule.  They have asked if we could get the Notice to Proceed executed for July 15th, 2019.  I believe tomorrow’s meeting is going to be rescheduled, however, I would need to receive signatures before July 15th.

I am emailing today to see if I can coordinate getting signatures on the contracts.  Only two board members signatures are required.  If any board members are willing and available to sign the Notice to Proceed, please let me know when you are available and I can stop by at your convenience.  I have meetings this morning, but I am available this afternoon and for the rest of the week.

I wanted to follow up on our phone conversation. The proposed lining start date can be July 22, 2019. I would like to see if we could have the notice to proceed executed for July 15th, 2019. I have DRC scheduled to clean these lines one day next week and pre video them. Let me know if this is something that the board is okay with. Please let me know if you have any questions that I may be able to answer for you.
