I have attached the proposed agenda for the meeting scheduled for May 9, 2019 and the draft minutes for the March 28, 2019 meeting.  I have asked Chris Purrington if the bids for the proposed 2019 CIP project have been received.  He has responded the bids were due today and he will let me know if they are received.  I will let you know when I hear from him.  Please let me know if the May 9, 2019 date will work for you to ensure a quorum.
