[Board] CHNMD - 2019 CIPP Bid Summary

All,

We solicited bids from Insituform and Layne Inliner for the six (6) pipe segments (1,282 LF) proposed for cured-in-place pipe repair.  Insituform bid $51,717 ($40.34 LF) and Layne Inliner bid $46,611 ($36.36 LF).  I have attached the bid summary for reference.

As part of the Maintenance Program Summary presented at the last Board Meeting, I estimated $43,600 ($34.00 LF).   Please let me know how you want to proceed.
