[Board] Cherry Hills North Meeting

I would like to suggest we move the meeting to either 3/21 or 3/28.  The
weather conditions in Douglas County are very bad and not expected to
subside until midnight.  I am not sure I will be able to get out of my
driveway to make a 7 am meeting.  The board does need to meet in March to
approve the audit exemption.  If the board wants to meet tomorrow, I could
join in via telephone tomorrow and meet each of you to get signatures on the
audit exemption and checks.  Let me know your thoughts.
