I spoke with Russ Dykstra, with Spencer Fane this morning regarding
potential inspections for illegally connected sump pumps.  He has some
thoughts on the issue and will attend the next meeting if the board would
like him there.  The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 14th at 7
a.m.  The Board needs to meet in March to review, approve and sign the 2018
audit exemption so the audit exemption can be filed with the state auditors'
office by the March 31st due date.  Please let me know if you would like
Russ to attend and if March 14th works.
