[Board] Cherry Hills North Meeting

The Board is tentatively scheduled to meet next Thursday, May 10th.    Chris
Purington has the reports from DES.  In addition Keith, Marcus and Geoff
need to take Oaths of Office.  As we discussed at the last meeting, I can
prepare the Oaths and the elected board members can take the Oaths in the
presence of a notary if the elected board member is unable to attend the
meeting.  The Oaths need to be taken within 30 days of May 8th (the date of
the election).  Do you want to meet on May 10th or is another date
preferable.  Please let me know and I will contact Chris regarding his
availability to present the DES findings.
