I have attached the Hillcrest IGA and the 2017 Hillcrest annual report as
discussed this morning.   Let me know if you need any further information.

 

Marcus - I think the board would like you to review the documents and let
them know if you believe the terms of the agreement allow Hillcrest to force
Cherry Hills North to do sump pump inspections.
