The 22nd seems to be the option that all of you are available.  I will be leaving town on the 23rd so this is a drop dead date to get the audit exemption approved, signed and submitted to the State Auditor’s office.  The audit exemption must be signed and approved by a majority of the board so please let me know if your schedule changes.

Would you like to  move the meeting to either the 15th or the 22nd?  The audit exemption requires a majority of the board members approval and  must be submitted to the State Auditors' office by March 31.  I will be out of town March 23 through March 31.  Please respond either that a majority of the board will attend the scheduled March 8th  meeting or with alternate dates that work.
