Harold -

Thanks for the update this morning. The contractor we used for sump pump
inspections was:

- C&L Water Solutions, Christopher Jones 303-472-2339 <(303)%20472-2339>

Attached you will find our Rules and Regs. I believe this is the latest
version, but because it is not dated, it could be a draft version. I'll try
to confirm. The penalty for failing to allow inspections was adopted
separately at a Board meeting to consist of

1st violation - waiver of fee
2nd violation - $150
3rd violation - $150
4th and additional violations - $500
