Geoff,

The cash disbursements to be presented at the meeting on Thursday total
$77,589.67.  This includes $61,876 for the 2017 CIPP and the first quarter
sewer treatment charge for 2018 of $7,672.75.  I wanted to give you a heads
up so you can transfer funds to cover the disbursements.  The checking
account balance after the disbursements is $-65,433.99.  I think you will
need to transfer the funds from ColoTrust because according to  my general
ledger, the First Bank savings only has $58,558.95.  You have online access
for the ColoTrust account and ColoTrust has the transfer details set up to
transfer to the First Bank checking so you should be able affect the
transfer by logging into the site.  The ColoTrust account number is
CO-01-0304-8001.  If you need to contact ColoTrust to get login information
the telephone number is 303-864-7474.  Let me know if you need any other
information.  In addition, can you email the year end statements for the two
savings accounts at First Bank?
