[Board] CHN Proposed Agenda January 11, 2018 and draft minutes November 9, 2017

Dan and Marcus can you please weigh in on moving the meeting to Thursday, January 18th.  

 

Next Thursday is open for me.  Given the agenda includes setting the meeting schedule for 2018, election details and budget resolutions it may be good to have more of the board present.
