[Board] CHNMD 2017 CIPP Project

Chatted with Adam; appears there's some sort of seal on the packet, so they
very much want us to sign the sheet (not scan/sign/fax). I'm going to meet
Adam at Duffey's tomorrow at 7:30am. If any other Board member can join us,
that will save Adam some leg work ... otherwise he'll be trying to track
you folks down ;>
