[Board] May meeting

The board is scheduled to  meet on May 11, 2016.  Dale's Environmental has
completed the jet cleaning and videoing but Purrington Civil has not
received the report as of today.  The only item on the agenda is the payment
of expenditures.  I recommend postponing the meeting until June when the
report will have been received and reviewed by Purrington so the board can
act on any suggested CIP programs which Purrington may recommend.  Please
advise if this is your preference and if so, if you would like to reschedule
for June 8 or June 15.
