Please let them know they need to register the sending address(es)
otherwise it will be delayed in reaching the BoD.

Register by emailing me ... or by sending a test message which includes an
appropriate inclusion from you (e.g. you email them instructions ... they
forward that message to the BoD ... I use that to register them as legit
senders).

Since we get a fair bit of SPAM that attempts to join the list, I'm not
inclined to turn off the filter ;>
