The meeting has been re-scheduled to March 17 at 7:30 a.m.   I believe we will have a quorum.   I apologize for any confusion that caused you to show up for a meeting this morning.  I owe you a duffey roll next week!

Perhaps the meeting should be re-scheduled.  The audit exemption has to be approved, signed by a majority of the board this month and mailed to the state auditor's office by March 31st.  Please respond what days work best to ensure a quorum will be present.
