[Board] Cherry Hills North Meeting

Just a reminder the board is scheduled to meet this Thursday, September 15.
Currently, we do not have a quorum. I have heard from Geoff (unable to
attend), Dan (attending) and Keith (attending).  Please advise is this date
works or if the meeting needs to be re-scheduled.
