Hello fellow board members- hope your holiday season is joyous and relaxing!

Brian Harris is working with the HOA to complete an annual CHN neighborhood
directory.   A directory was being completed by a neighbor (Carol Rodgers)
for many years and there have been requests to continue with this resource.
Along with the neighbor contact information, the directory will include the
HOA covenants and HOA board members for reference.  Brian was considering
including information regarding the Metro District that serves our
neighborhood as a great reference and for an opportunity for transparency.

I am not sure if we need to vote to approve on this or if everyone can
simply respond.  I can also ask Brian to forward a proof to review and
approve.

Great to see you yesterday. Per our discussion, please let me know if the
Metro District would like to have their information included in the
upcoming Cherry Hills North Neighborhood Directory. I think it is a great
idea and my goal is to make it a strong resource for our neighborhood. You
mentioned including the Metro District contact numbers, website, mission
statement, maybe a paragraph of what you guys are in charge of etc.



I will be including the HOA documents in the directory and this would be a
great addition as well as educate neighbors who may not understand the
benefits of what you all do.



Please get me any information you would like included by January 8th, 2016.
