[Board] Hillcrest Sanitation System Failure

Dear Board Member:

Attached is a Notice of Claim relative to the failure of the Hillcrest sanitation system, of which you are a part, on Friday, June 12, 2015. You are receiving this Notice of Claim because your system discharges into the Hillcrest outfall line and, to the extent that rainwater enters your system, contributed to the sewage backup into my home and the consequent damages.
